You'll have every opportunity to amend and approve drafts of text, paper-based and on-line, as well as video scripts. At the same time we'll make sure you're happy with the look and feel of all your training materials.
We'll always be available at the end of the phone to discuss your needs and to make any amendments that you request.
Pilot Materials
In most cases, a pilot programme or a user acceptance test is recommended to identify any needed improvements and deal with them before proceeding to the full-scale programme.
