The sales training department of a multinational pharmaceuticals company asked members of the Hiltrain team to design a sales induction programme to be delivered by the company's own training team worldwide.
Our solution was to create a lively and engaging set of pre-course reading materials in the Open Learning style and to prepare a set of course materials and a leader's guide in an easy-to-follow format.
The result was an enthusiastically received training solution that delivered measurable learning gains, exceeding the client's expectations.
